Turmoil and anxiety come with one’s own aging or the aging of a loved one. We do care management as an art. That’s why its called “The Art of Eldercare.” Our goal is to perfect care to enhance life, so we:
- Help older adults (and persons with disabilities) to reach their maximum functional potential.
- Support, educate, and assist caregivers, both family and paid professionals.
- Work with medical and non-medical service providers to ensure that care is coordinated.
- Partner with a large network of senior-serving professionals to deliver effective, personalized, quality, and cost-effective care.
- Attend to the whole person – health/medical, legal, financial, and social components that arise with aging.
We tackle a variety of “jobs:
- We’ve managed everyday jobs like planning a move and relocations.
- We’ve de-cluttered and organized a house.
- We’ve worked with Realtors and homeowners to to determine a move schedule and plan.
- We’ve researched and organized the donation of papers to an archive.
- We even arranged the sale of a grand piano and several cars.
- We’ve handled retrofitting a van for wheelchair accessibility, among other small and large-scale jobs.
- We’ve successfully arranged end-of-life care, with attention to the individual’s and family’s preferences.
